IN LOVING MEMORY

	Marla Caldwell has been a true god-send to our family and we are so excited that she has launched her own pet sitting business. On numerous occasions, she has stopped in to take care of our 4 labs when we were not able to get home in time; as well as taking care of the 6 horses, and 5 cats. Our daddy lab is diabetic and requires insulin shots twice a day, so it is important to have someone we can depend on to give him his shots. Because we have so many animals, it is hard for us to go away on vacations. Marla has spent the night at our house, taken our pups up to the fields to play, fed and cared for all the horses, cats, and fish, all so we could enjoy a trip without worry. It is a true joy to come home from a trip to find the house straight and clean. Marla has a true gift with animals, she loves them and we feel good about leaving our pets in her care. 	We set out looking to find someone who would help take care of our dogs while we worked and ended up finding much more. Marla has been such a blessing. We previously have had other dog walkers/sitters but none compare. She treats our "boys" like her own, and does much more than let them out. She takes them to the dog park, PetSmart, or the stables to run around. I know they are in good hands and having fun. We are lucky to have met Marla and more importantly our dogs our happier. 	Marla has been wonderful. She is much more economical than a boarding facility (which is nice of course), but I think she spoils our dogs more than we do. She even took them home with her when one of them wasn't feeling well just to make sure she was ok! I would recommend her to anyone. Kristine Robinsin
	I work 12 hour shifts at a local hospital and wanted someone to come by and let my dogs out for a potty break and to feed them at dinner time. I saw an ad for Marla's services in the Chesterfield Observer and the rest is history. She started helping me out a few months ago and I continue to be thrilled with her care of my girls. If I am on call for work on the weekend and need her to come by at a moments notice, she is right there for the girls to let them out or feed them. 	Many of my friends questioned me about the idea of hiring someone to come by every day to walk my puppy, visit with my cats, and do light household cleaning. I wondered if it made sense too, until Marla arrived. She has made a huge difference in our household. Not only does she do all of the things I mentioned, but she has made the effort to get to know my pets and really enjoys the time she spends with them. Marla goes above and beyond in everything she does and has a very strong work ethic. I would sum up by saying that I trust her 100% to be in my house and to provide quality care for my animals. 	When you have horses at home, you can't just pack them up and throw them into the back of the car like you can a dog or cat. I wanted to go to a convention for professional pet groomers in Pennsylvania and having someone to feed and water the horses while we were gone for the day was of utmost importance. Being new to the area, I didn't know anyone who could do it reliably. I was very lucky to find Marla on Craigslist and she came over quickly to get to know my horses and what I wanted done. She sent a note to me via e-mail, as we preferred, after we returned confirming she had been here and asking if everything was good. I was very impressed with her personalized attention. I KNOW that if we ever needed Marla in a pinch, she would definitely rise to the call of duty! She is just wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone!! She gave us extreme peace of mind. 	We are one of those couples who go a bit overboard with their dog. We never thought we'd be this way with a dog, but Maggie stole our heart. When we left on trips, we always felt as if we were abandoning our Maggie and never felt 100% okay with whomever was sitting her. Then Marla appeared. Literally. I was walking for exercise and saw Marla walking two small dogs. Knowing the owners of these dogs, I asked Marla if she was dog sitting. She explained that she was, and the rest is history. 	I was so excited to come home to my babies, Moose and Magnolia, who were well taken care of...We loved our flowers...I didn't expect my dishes to be put away or my mail to be brought in, that was very thoughtful. 	Marla Caldwell is a fantastic animal caregiver, who has loads of energy and loves all animals. We are so fortunate that she has come into our lives. My days are full with caring for my elderly mother, and with my exuberant mini-labradoodle, Gracie Lou, who needs to go on long daily walks. I fractured my foot and sprained my ankle this summer, and I was looking for a dog walker when I found Marla. I am extremely picky, and I knew immediately that Marla would take excellent care and love Gracie Lou as if she belonged to her. Marla will go out of her way to make you and your pet feel loved and special. I would highly recommend Marla to anyone who needs assistance with their pets, and wants superb care. 	Marla is absolutely an angel. If you ever need pet or home care services in your absence, I highly recommend her. She came and picked up Minnie with just an hour's notice and will keep her with her as long as needed. 	I cannot begin to express to you how overwhelmed I am at the quality of service you provide. You exceeded my expectations by an immeasurable amount. I meant what I said when I stated that Amber enjoyed a higher quality of care than my two (2) daughters. It is easy to judge a person’s character based on the care they take with your animals.
